Celebrating a Bride

You never realize what wonderful friends and family you have until you have a child getting married. In May Brinlee and Krista Smith threw a great party in honor of McKenna. It was a bridal shower to remember. A big "THANK YOU" goes out to Krista and her mom, Lanette, for all the hard work they did for this party. It was beautiful and everyone had such a good time. Here are some images from that special day:
Thank goodness for the best of friends! McKenna and Krista

The Mackelprang girls--McKenna, Becca, Brinlee, and Kimber.

Most of the Raymer girls--the back of Aunt Kathy's head, a peek of Heather, Bailey, Sh'Kell, Kamari, and Amber! Missing Tasha. We love these ladies!

Maria, Sarah, Tiffany, and Rachel trying to decide what to put on their fruit "pizzas".

I can't even imagine how many hours Lanette spent making the sugar cookies used as the fruit pizza crusts. She deserves a medal and a tropical vacation. :)
McKenna and the Herpel ladies.
Aunt Elizabeth, Grandma Herpel, KaLynn and Ayla, McKenna, and Sarah.
How cute are they?! McKenna is a lucky lady to be part of this clan.

Grandma Herpel regaling the girls with a funny story.

Smiles all around! Krista, Kenna, Cheri, and Tiffany.
Now these are some of the sweetest girls you would ever want to know.

The illustrious Lanette Smith. She's a bestie of mine!

So glad that Bree could make it to the shower. We missed those who couldn't make it.

McKenna had to put a piece of gum in her mouth every time she got the answer wrong to a question about Adam. Grandma Herpel wonders just how much she knows about Adam.

The gum gob

The token nightie to get that cute blush!!

The beauty of friendship shown on that day will be with us a long time.

That's all folks!!
